Adam Rosen
Adam Rosen, one of the partners at Polsky, Shouldice, & Rosen, P.C., has dedicated his entire career as a workers’ compensation lawyer in NY. He graduated from Hofstra Law School in 1995 and immediately began work with the firm. Only a few years later in 2000, Adam became one of the partners at the firm. Since then, he has worked with his clients in Brooklyn and the Bronx to fight for justice from their employers. He meets with his clients at these locations on the weekdays to give them face to face time to speak about their concerns and address any questions they may have about their case.
Adam continues to work for employees’ rights and is an active member of the Injured Workers Bar Association and was named the Chairman of the Workers’ Compensation Committee of the Nassau County Bar. He spends his free time lecturing at union meetings and to employees of bigger companies at churches and community centers in the area. He believes knowledge is power and that he can help people by sharing what their rights are to them. Adam also knows the big impact the COVID-19 pandemic made on employees and employers alike and has taken the lead in working to educate both the Bar and his clients about what some rights should be and how the pandemic relates to workers’ compensation. The past year was a difficult time for everyone, so it is important to have rules and regulations implemented that protect everyone.
Moving forward, Adam wants to continue to revolutionize the world of workers’ compensation and help continue to protect vulnerable people. He will keep volunteering his time and caring about his clients in order to use his skills to make the world a better place.
