Mark T. Hurt 

Johnson City car accident lawyer, Mark Hurt, a native Bristolian, earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and his law degree from Duke University, graduating in the top 10 percent of his class.

After passing the bar, Mark practiced law at large litigation firms in both Dallas, TX and Washington, D.C. before returning to the Tri-Cities to open his own firm, The Law Offices of Mark T. Hurt.

That firm has now grown to several locations in both Virginia and Tennessee over the past 25 years. He is also a well-respected litigator, with extensive experience trying cases in front of juries, as well as arguing appeals in Virginia, Tennessee, and federal courts. Mark has also twice argued cases before the United States Supreme Court.
