Andrew Needle

Andrew Needle is a partner at his own firm who concentrates in personal injury law, medical malpractice, and wrongful death at the Law Offices of Needle & Ellenberg, P.A. He does many different things in these areas of law, including writing for law journals and magazines and lecturing to other lawyers to teach what he knows about personal injury law. Mr. Needle is passionate about helping people with his personal injury law practice and wants to be able to ensure injured parties get the compensation they deserve. 

Mr. Needle is also a charter member of the Miami chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, which is a trial lawyer organization that is dedicated to preserving the civil justice system. The lawyers who are a part of this organization are all admitted solely by peer recognition and experience. Only the highest-respected lawyers are a part of this organization. 

In his past, Mr. Needle has had many impressive courtroom victories, including multi-million dollar verdicts in cases that pushed the boundaries of existing legal precedent. He is not afraid to make waves, and is passionate about making changes for the better. Mr. Needle was also a member of the Florida Bar’s Board of Governors for six years, which helps set policy and discipline for all of the lawyers who are practicing in Florida.
