Michael Yee, Esq

Sacramento, CA estate planning lawyer, Michal Yee founded the Yee Law Group with the goal of providing the tools to clients that enable them to create a secure financial future for their families. His practice focuses on real estate, estate planning, asset protection, business, and probate law.

After completing his JD at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, Michael began practicing law at one of the oldest and most well-respected real estate law firms in Sacramento. He reached partner status, gaining invaluable experience and insight he has brought with him to his current practice.

Michael works closely with his clients to fully understand their needs so that he can best help them devise strategies and solutions aimed at helping them achieve their goals. He truly values the time sitting with families to educate them on the benefits of having a tailored estate plan in place, as well as guiding families who have lost loved ones through the probate or trust administration process.

Continuing a family tradition, Michael is also very active in helping the Sacramento community. In addition to his involvement with the American Bar Association and Sacramento County Bar Association, he is also very active with the South Placer Estate Planning Council, Sacramento Metro Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the boards of various local civic organizations. Michael is also legal counsel for the Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Association.

Among his many legal achievements, Michael was named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars List, Norther California in 2019 and 2020. He received the Avvo Clients Choice Award in 2019, 2020, and 2019, and he was named 2020 Top Lawyer by Sacramento Magazine.

When Michael isn’t helping clients and the community, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and enjoys tennis and golf.
